The general terms and conditions of the online store www.herbco.si are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and international codes for e-commerce. Upon registration in the online store system www.herbco.si, the visitor obtains a username, which is the same as his / her e-mail address, and a password. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the entered data. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase.
The registration process is easy and can be done by clicking on the Sign up sign (top right) and following the instructions:

Method of payment
The provider allows the following methods of payment:
Cash on delivery (payment in cash upon receipt of goods by post). With this package payment method, you also receive an invoice with a payment slip, which you pay to the postal employee. When paying by cash on delivery, Pošta Slovenije charges you a payment fee or transfer costs in the amount of 1% of the redemption value or at least € 0.96 (same as if you had paid the bill at the post office). This cost is not included in the value of the order.
Proforma invoice (payment by proforma invoice - bank transfer). If you decide to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive an invoice by e-mail (this is not created automatically, but we will send it to you with a delay). When it is fully settled, you will receive the ordered goods. If the proforma invoice is only partially paid, the order will not be executed.
TIP: When paying by proforma invoice, you avoid the cost of payment (1% of the redemption value or at least € 0.96), which is charged by Pošta Slovenije when you pay the redemption after collection.
Times and deliveries
The online store www.herbco.si accepts orders 24 hours a day. All orders will be realized within three working days. In the event that the product is no longer in stock at the time of ordering, the delivery time is extended in accordance with the delivery time of the goods by the manufacturer.
Delivery by post: partners for the delivery of shipments are DPD, SŽ Express and Pošta Slovenije, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.
Personal collection at the company's headquarters, KIMANI d.o.o., Ribiški trg 2,6000 Koper. Products purchased in the online store can also be picked up in person at the company's headquarters or business unit, but only with advance payment by proforma invoice or cash payment upon receipt. Personal collection is possible only by prior agreement with the provider.
Prices and delivery costs
All prices of products in the online store are stated in euros (€) and already include 22% VAT (value added tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity. Prices are valid in case of payment with the above payment methods, under the above conditions. The purchase contract between the bidder and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the bidder confirms the order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products and the method of payment + VAT. For IMO / ADR shipments, we inform the customer of the costs after the order has been placed. Pošta Slovenije will charge you the cost of the down payment in the amount of 1% of the redemption value or at least € 0.96. This cost is not included in the value of the order. The stated shipping costs are valid in domestic traffic in the territory of Slovenia. The current price list of Pošta Slovenije for international traffic applies to sending products abroad.
Purchase
Select the item you want to buy and click on the "Add to cart" button. At the top right of the basket, the quantity and total amount of ordered items are displayed. To reduce the ordered quantity of a certain item, click on "Cart" and then click on the gray item "minus" under the QUANTITY of the item, or if you want to increase the quantity, click on the gray "plus". To remove an item from the cart, click the gray "REMOVE" button on the far right of the table for each item.
Start the order completion process by clicking on the Cart and the pink "Checkout" button. The online store guides you through the following steps:
The system automatically directs you to Step 3 - checking delivery addresses. You can direct your order to Step 1 by clicking on button 1. SUMMARY, where you can see your shopping cart contents.
Step 2 is to verify the user login; if the login is correct, the system will automatically direct you to step 3 (TITLE).
Step 3: ADDRESS - in this step you can add an address for delivery or for issuing an invoice. Delivery and invoicing addresses may differ (eg when sending gifts, etc.).

After placing your order, you will receive a summary of the ordered products by e-mail. The sent order can be canceled by the customer within two hours after the placed order. It is not possible to cancel the order after the prescribed time has elapsed. All costs incurred after the expiry of the valid cancellation period shall be borne by the customer. Information on the status and content of the order is always available to the buyer on the provider's website.
The contract on the purchase of ordered products between the buyer and the provider is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

The sales contract (purchase order) in the Slovenian language is stored on the server in electronic form and accessible to the customer at any time in his / her user profile (My Account).
The sales contract (order) is binding on the online store and the buyer. In the event that the buyer withdraws from the order / contract, he bears, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (paragraph 6, Article 43), all direct costs incurred in sending. In the event that the customer orders products in the online store and then rejects or. does not accept the shipment, bears the cost of postage in both directions. The price of postage is determined by the delivery service (Pošta Slovenije), and the exact amount of postage in one direction can be seen both on the purchase summary and on the invoice itself.
The provider issues an invoice to the buyer on a durable medium, with a breakdown of costs and instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return the products, if necessary and possible.

Right of withdrawal, return of goods within 14 days
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days without giving a reason. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return, no later than 3 days after receipt of the goods by e-mail, and return the goods within a further 14 days.
The goods must be returned in the appropriate packaging, undamaged and in the same quantity, and the product must not show any visible signs of use. Be sure to include the original invoice, a copy of the ID card and information about your transaction account to which you want a refund. We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and that the goods are properly prepared for transport (you can use the original packaging or other appropriate safe packaging). Any return costs are borne by the buyer. We do not accept redemption shipments.
Upon return, the buyer may request a refund of the purchase price, which the seller will return to his transaction account no later than 30 days after receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract.
Return of damaged shipments
In the event that the package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with Pošta Slovenije. To do this, bring the package to the nearest post office in the same condition as you received it (without adding or removing anything) and fill in the complaint report. Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will make sure that complaints are resolved in the shortest possible time.
Non-acceptance of products
The customer is obliged to pick up the ordered items within 8 days of receiving the electronic notification of the completed order, sms confirmation of the completed order or confirmation by e-mail.
If the buyer does not accept the ordered items sent by cash on delivery in any case, and are returned to the company's address after the waiting period at the post office (14 days), this is NOT considered withdrawal from the contract, as the latter still validly concluded and is a unilateral unannounced withdrawal of the buyer from the contract.
In case of non-acceptance, the buyer is responsible for paying the costs of additional shipping / return of items to the company, for payment of economic damage due to inability to advertise ordered items that were 14 days or more in distribution and contractual penalties. In the event of non-acceptance, the case is handed over to the legal service, which will, under our authority, further regulate the payment and recovery of incurred costs and damages. The amount of the contractual penalty for non-acceptance of ordered items or late canceled order is € 20, non-acceptance costs are € 8 (2x postage, packaging costs, packaging costs, administrative costs).
Protection of personal data
We are aware that the privacy of visitors and customers in our online store comes first. Therefore, we guarantee 100% protection and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
